These help in the development of social skills encourage creativity, patience, and perseverance. Most board games involve learning besides keeping the students happily engaged. There is a trained nurse present during the schools hours. The medical room is well-lit, all the basic medications are available. However, nothing is given to the child without first consulting with the parent to ascertain any allergies a child may have. All medication is handed in at the reception before registration. Students are not allowed to carry medication with them, with the exception of asthma inhalers and diabetic equipment or any other medicine as prescribed by the Doctor and notified to the school well in advance.
Yoga is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body. Meditation and yoga are interrelated. After the morning school assembly, students start off their morning with basic meditation and stretching exercises.
